摘要
本实验旨在通过高速弹丸致伤犬腰椎棘突的实验模型了解脊髓间接枪弹伤后微血管的形态和功能变化及其对脊髓神经功能的影响。实验结果提示,伤后脊髓微血管通透性增强,组织水肿。间接枪弹伤后脊髓微血管的损伤将导致脊髓组织变性坏死和神经功能失。因此,在脊髓火器伤的临床救治中应尽早改善脊髓微循环。
With the experimental model wounding lumbar spine in the dogs by high velocity bullets, the morphological and functional alterations in microvessels of the spinal cord, and the effects on the spinal cord neurological function were studied after the remote gunshot injury to the spinal cord. The results indicated that the remote gunshot injury would cause microvascular damage and pathological changes of the spinal cord. The consequences of microvascular damage might lead to the spinal cord ischemia, edema, degenerative necrosis, and neurological dysfunction. Therefore, the measures to improve the spinal cord microcirculatory function must be considered as early as possible.
