The Reletion Between Firearm Injuries to the Spine and Neurologic Defect (60 Cases Report)

本文分析60例脊柱脊髓火器伤创伤弹道与脊髓损伤关系。脊髓损伤严重程度与椎管伤型有密切关系,其严重性与发生率高低依次为椎管穿透贯通伤、盲管伤、切线伤、椎管非穿透伤、椎旁伤。脊髓损伤与投射物的动能,椎管壁及脊髓本身解剖特点有关。作者探讨了火器伤椎板减压术有关指征。

This article analyses the relation between trajectories of firearm injuries of spine and spired cord in 60 cases, showing that the types of vertebral canal injuries are closely related to the severity of spinal cord injuries. Spinnal cord injuries are related to kinetic energy of projectile and the anatomic characteristics of wounded spinal cord. The indication of decompressive laminectomy in firearm injuries was discussed.
