高效液相色谱法测定丹墨胶囊中丹酚酸B含量

Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Danmo Capsules by HPLC

目的建立测定色谱丹墨胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Ecosil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10∶30∶1∶59),检测波长286 nm。结果丹酚酸B进样量在0.120 042～2.400 84μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为103.40%,RSD为0.70%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于丹墨胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Danmo Capsules by HPLC.Methods Column was Ecosil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water（10 ∶30 ∶1 ∶59）,UV detection wavelength was at 286 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship of salvianolic acid B in the range of 0.120 042-2.400 84 μg.The average recovery rate was 103.40%,RSD was 0.70%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Danmo Capsules.
