摘要
本实验选用成年杂种狗,致伤后肢大腿上段,避开股动、静脉,于伤后6h、24h和72h进行观察大体、滑膜病理、滑膜循环及股动脉Evan’s兰灌注观察远端膝关节损伤。实验发现,在一定的射击距离内致伤,除伤道损伤外,还可导致距伤道一家距离的膝关节损伤,且与原发伤道损伤程度平行。
Thirty-two adult doss were wounded by military bullets (5.56mm and 7.62mm) to the upper aspect of thigh, but femoral artery and vein were not injured. At 6, 24 and 72 hours after wounding the knee-joint of the dogs were observed. Four types experiment observation with naked eye, pathomorphology of synovialis, the change of microcirculation of the synovialis and the irrigation of the femoral artery with Evan's liquid were used. We found that the knee joint far from the wounding track was involved and the degree of the injury paralled with the degree of the general wounding track.
