摘要
本文报告致伤犬双后肢的高能创伤模型,观察伤前及伤后血浆环状核苷酸浓度及心,肺功能变化。实验发现伤后犬血浆cAMP浓度较伤前明显升高,伤后6,12h略有下降,但仍显著高于伤前(P<0.01,P<0.05),伤后血浆cGMP浓度无明显改变。伤后实验犬心排出量(CO),肺血管阻力(PVR)及肺分流率(QS/Qt)发生明显改变,并与血浆cAMP浓度变化趋于相关。实验结果提示肢体高能创伤时血浆cAMP浓度改变可能与心,肺损伤有关,本文同时讨论了肢体高能创伤时血浆环状核苷酸浓度变化的原因。
It was reported in this paper that the changes of plasma cyclic monophcsphate level and cardiac-pulmonaery function in the dogs whose legs were wounded by 5.56mm military bullets. It was found that the plasma cyclic AMP level increased significantly at 3 hours after wounding compared to its pretraumatic level. At 6, 12 hours the cAMP level decreased slightly but it was still hishcr than that of pretraumatic level. After wounding the plasma cyclic GMP level did not chanse. The cardiac output, pulmonary vascular resistant and pulmonary shunting rate of wounded dogs changed dramatically and was consistant with the plasma cAMP level. The result suggested that the change of plasma cAMP correlated to the change of cardiac-pulmanary function.
