大鼠烧冲复合伤后多形核白细胞功能变化与肺损伤 被引量:1

The Relationship Between Functional Changes of Polymorphonuclear Leukocytes and Lung Injury in Rats with Burn-Blast Combined Injury

摘要 本实验通过全血化学发光(CL)、多形核白细胞(PMN)刀豆蛋白A(ConA)戴帽实验、肺组织匀浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性测定、肺含水率以及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白蛋白测定,以探讨烧冲复合伤后外周血PMN功能变化规律及其与肺损伤的关系,以及烧伤和冲击伤在复合伤中的相互作用。实验结果显示上述各指标除CAT外,均明显增加,CAT活性明显下降,变化均以烧冲组最明显。结果提示,烧冲复合伤后继发性肺损伤可能与外周血PNM被激活有关。烧伤与冲击伤的复合有相互加重肺损伤的作用。 Whole blood chemiluminescence (CI), polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) concanavatin A (Con A) cap formation, lipid peroxidation (LPO) and catalase (CAT) activity in lung homogenate, lung water ratio and albumin concentration in brochoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured to study the relationship between functional changes of PMN and lung injury and the effect and interaction of burn and blast injury in rats with combined injury, The results showed that homosenate, lung water ratio and albumin concentration in BALF all sisnificantly increased, and CAT activity in lung homogenate significantly decreased in each group after injury, The changes in combined injury group were more significantly than those in other groups. The results suggested that the peripheral PMN was activated and this might be related to the secondary lung injury. Blast injury and burn could be aggravated by each other.
