高效液相色谱法测定保济胶囊中连翘苷含量

Determination of Phillyrin Contents in Baoji Capsules by HPLC

目的建立测定保济胶囊中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76),检测波长为277 nm。结果连翘苷进样量在0.148～2.220μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.53%,RSD为0.68%(n=6)。结论所用方法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To determine the contents of phillyrin in Baoji Capsules.Methods HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（24 ∶76）.The detection wavelength was at 277 nm.Results The calibration curve of indirubin was linear in the range of 0.148-2.220 μg（r=0.999 9）,the averge recovery was 98.53%,RSD=0.68%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is quick and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Baoji Capsules.
