摘要
通过聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板电泳方法,分析了红松4个天然小群体的遗传结构。结果说明,红松酯酶同工酶由3个基因位点控制,位点间没有连锁关系。红松群体具有较高的遗传变异水平,4个小群体多态位点百分率达66.7%,等位基因平均数为2.0,平均期望杂合度为0.334,且群体均处于Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡状态。红松小群体间分化程度不高,遗传变异中1.2%的变异来自小群体间。98.8%的变异来自小群体内的单株间。
The genetic structure of four small Populations were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in natural korean pine forest. The results show that the esterase isozymes were coded by three gene loci, and the linkage, was not found between the loci. The level of genetic variation in the population of pinus koraiensis was relative high. The percentage of polymorphic loci was 66.7%. The average number of all eles per locus was 2.0. The average expected heterozygosity was 0.334. The differentiation among populations was relative low. 1,2% of the isozymes variation was attributed to the differentiation between the populations, while remaining 98.8% resided within the individuals of intrapopulation.
