高效液相色谱法测定舒冠胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量

Content Determination of Icariin in Shuguan Capsule by HPLC

目的建立测定舒冠胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Shimadzu-ODS柱(150 mm×4.5 mm,5μm),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1 mL/min,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(55∶45)。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.095 2～0.952μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.11%,RSD=3.43%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于舒冠胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determinating the icarrin in Shuguan Capsule.Methods The icarrin was separated with a Shimpack-ODS column（150 mm×4.5 mm,5 μm）,using methanol-0.05%phosphate buffer solution（55 ∶45） as mobile phase,and UV detection at 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The good linearity of icarrin was from 0.095 2-0.952 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery and RSD of icarrin were 101.11%,3.43%（n=6）,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurete,reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Shuguan Capsule.
