摘要
A new ion-selective pH electrode of PVC membrane used formeasuring pH of the upper digestive tract is reported in this paper, which wasprepared with tri-n-octylamine or tris-(2-ehtylhexy)amine sensitive materials,and polyvinylchloride (PVC) as a base. It was shown that the electrode has widelinearity (0.5-8, 3-12), good reproducibility, proper responsible time (【30s),longer life span (15 days). And the measurement was carried out in 50 cases bythe electrode.
