摘要
本文概述了光纤微位移传感器的设计过程及实验结果。该微位移传感器是采用普通单模光纤传输相干光,射到改进后的牛顿环上,由多模光纤接收两镜片反射光形成的干涉条纹,从而确定镜片移动的距离,它的精度可达到10^(-7m)。本文利用该装置对硬铝的膨胀系数作了测定,证明了该装置的可行性。
This paper summarizes the design process and experimental results of a micro-displacement sensor. The general single-model optical fiber is used to transmit coherent light .which is projected on a changed Newton ring. Then .multi-model optical fibers are used to receive the interference figure formed by reflecting light for determining the displacement of lens. The sensitivity is 10-7m. The expansion coefficient of hard aluminum is measured utilizing this apparatus ,and the usefulness of this sensor,is proved.
