摘要
1989~1990年,以陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)中棉12号品种为材料,研究了应用 NAA 浸种和移栽浸根对幼苗侧根发生的影响。结果表明:两种方式处理均能促进侧根的发生,子叶期移栽的幼苗表现出较强的生根能力。NAA 处理提高了幼根中 IAA、CTK 和 GA_3含量及 IAA/CTK 和 IAA/GA_3氧的值,抑制了根中过氧化物酶活性,降低棉酚含量,并增强了多酚氧化酶活性。
The effect of NAA on lateral root initiation of upland cotton(G. hirsutum Li.)seedlings was observed,Soaking cotton seeds in 20 ppm,NAA,12 hrs and dipseedlings in 20ppm,NAA,2 hrs,before transplanting increased the number of lateral roots,and Cotyledon——Seedlings had the highest rooting ability before the fourth leaf stages. The content of IAA,CTK and GAs in seedling root was enhanced by NAA tre- atments.The values of IAA/CTK and IAA/GA_3 were increaed too.The ability of Peroxidase in root was inhibited by NAA.NAA treatmants also decreased the co- ntent of Gossypol in root and enhanced the ability of Polyphenol Oxidase.
