摘要
在大田条件下,对棉花从蕾期至盛花期连续数次施用 DPC(缩节安),可使棉叶自幼龄至衰老的全生育过程,始终保持较高的叶绿素含量、较高的叶绿素 a,b 含量及 a/b 值;在叶片定形前,DPC 处理的棉叶可溶性蛋白质含量低于对照,以后始终高于对照;DPC 降低了不同日龄叶片及不同叶位叶片的气孔阻力,提高了光合速率,两者呈负相关。
The effects of DPC(N,N-dimethyl peperidinium chloride)on cotton grown in the open field were investigated.It showed: A.Both the content of chlorophyll a or b and the ratio of chl.a/chl.b in DPC- treated cotton leaf was higher than that of control during the cotton leaf development. B.The content of water soluble proteins in DPC-treated leaf was lower than that of control before the leaf reached full size,but higher after that stage. C.By applying DPC,stomatal resistance decreased white the rate of photosyn- thesis increased in leaf at either different ages or different positions.
