摘要
大田条件下叶面喷施 DPC 结果表明,DPC 对棉花纤维长度、细度、强力和断裂长度等没有不良作用。对于后代种子的发芽率、简化活力指数没有显著影响。但 DPC 处理增加了棉仁中脂肪,全氮和氨基酸的含量。用^(14)C-DPC 测定表明在棉花纤维中没有检测到 DPC 残留,种子中的残留量为1.
Effects of DPC(N,N-dimethyl piperidinium chloride)application on the quality of cotton fibre and seed were studied under field conditions.The re- suits showed thst DPC had no negetive influence on cotton fibre quality,such as fi- bre length,strength and fineness.Seed vigor was not affected significantly by DPC. However DPC treatment increased the amount of fat,nitrogen and amino acids in kernels.Using ^(14)C labeled DPC,the results indicated that no residue was found in cotton fibre and only 1.8 ppm DPC was detected in cotton seeds.
