摘要
多效唑和麦油菜素内酯对小麦产量形成均有促进作用。多效唑明显地促进仲长节间的过氧化物酶活力,缩短节间长度,特别是基部第Ⅰ,Ⅱ节间的长度,最终降低株高,显著提高植株的抗倒伏能力;同时促进叶片变短、加宽、增厚,有显著的整形作用,有利于建造合理的群体结构,并能促蘖增穗,增加穗粒数,但有贪青晚熟趋势,降低灌浆速度,粒重降低。表油菜素内酯对小麦形态影响不大,主要促进弱势器官的发育,改善结实性状,穗粒数增加,籽粒灌浆速度提高,千粒重增加。
The effects of MET and BR on the morphology,physiology and yield of wheat were preliminarily studied.Both MET and BR have promoting effe- cts on grain yield formation of wheat.MET increased peroxidase activity in elo- ngating internodes,reduced internode length,especially the first and the second base internodes,resulted in reducing plant height and significantly increasing lodging resistance ability of plants.MET could make plants shaped obviously with leaf blades being shortened,widened and thickened,which was favourable to setting up proper population construction of wheat.Also MET could promote tillers, increase ear number per mu and grain number per spike,but the wheat population had the tendency of late ripening with filling intensity and 1000-grain weight reduced.BR,which had small effects on morphological chaiacters,mainly promoted the development of inferior organs,improved grain bearing characters with the increase of grain number per spike,grain filling intensity and 1000-grain weight.
