吲哚-3-乙酸间接酶联免疫吸附测定法的建立

DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIRECT ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAYS FOR INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID

报道了一种利用兔抗 IAA-N-BSA 抗血清和辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗兔 IgG 建立的IAA 固相抗原型(或称间接)酶联免疫吸附测定法;该法的线性测定范围在0.8～200ng 之间;本文研究了合成包被抗原的适宜方法;并在植物样品测定冲对该法做了一系列的质量控制试验。

This paper reported an indirect enzyme immunosorbent assays for indole-3-acetic acid,which developed with rabbit antiserum against IAA-N-BSA and HRP-labeled goat antirabbit IgG.Its linear assay range was from 0.8 ng to 200 ng. The proper synthesis procedure of the coating antigen was studied.Some quality control of this method was operated in the practical assays.
