脱落酸间接酶联免疫吸附测定法的建立

DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIRECT ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAYS FOR(+)ABSCISIC ACID

报道了一种利用兔抗(+)ABA-C_1-BSA 抗血清和辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗兔IgG 建立的(+)ABA 固相抗原(或称间接)酶联免疫吸附测定法。该法的线性测定范围为0.05～12.5ng;本文还研究了(+)ABA 特异抗体及包被抗原的适宜的制备方法;并在植物样品测定中对该法做了一系列的质量控制试验。

This paper reported an indirect enzyme immuno-sorbent assays for (+)abseisie acid,which developed with rabbit antiserum against(+)ABA-C_1- BSA and HRP-labeled goat antirabbit IgG.Its linear assay range was from 0.05 to 12.5 ng per assay.The proper preparation methods of(+)ABA specific antibody and coating antigen were studied.Some quality control of this method was operated in the practical assays.
