徐躬耦教授从核力研究开始,以对真理的挚诚追求和永不衰竭的斗志,将研究工作扩展到核结构、核反应和量子多体理论等方面,并将“核力的力量”作用于生活、工作实践,显现其全面、高瞻、精深、强力的特点。

Professor Xu Gongou started with the study of nuclear forces and, with his sincereseek for truth and never exhansted will, expanded his study into the area of nuclear struc-ture, nuclear reaction and quantum manybody theory. He applied the 'power of nuclearforces' to thd practical use of daily life and work. In doing so, he showed hiscomprehensiveness, foresight and profoundness.
