摘要
以具有一个可逆反应和一个不可逆反应的吸收过程为例,阐明了在板式塔中对伴有复杂化学反应的吸收过程建立非平衡级模型的一般方法。在一般方法中,使用了微分方程求解吸收速率。对阿米索尔溶液吸收H_2S和CO_2的过程做了模拟计算,表明用代数方程求解吸收速率进行模拟的方法。对于具有两个不可逆反应的下列化学吸收:(1) 两种气体与同一液相反应物反应;(2) 一种气体与两种液相反应物反应,给出了计算吸收速率的代数方程式。
Through an example of an absorption process with both reversible and irreversible reactions this paper describes the establishment of a non-equilibrium stage model of absorption process in a plate column. In the general method the absorption rate is found out by solving differential equations. The simulative calculations of absorption of H_2 S and CO_2 with Amisol solution shows how to derive absorption rate from solving algebraic equations in the simulation. The algebraic equations of absorption rate are given for the absorption with two irreversible reactions: two gases reacting with the same liquid reactant and one gas reacting with two liquid reactants, respectively.
