摘要
对用电沉积法获得镍-硫化镍复合沉积层作碱性溶液中析氢活性阴极材料的可能性进行了研究。实验结果发现,可直接在水溶液中于阴极上形成含硫化镍的镍基复合物沉积层、含硫约12.5wt%的复合物电极,其析氢反应催化活性比镀镍电极提高了10多倍。复合电极析氩催化活性的提高、应归因于电极中NiS和微晶多缺陷多位错结构的存在,导致氢析出反应机理的改变和反应活化能的降低。
This paper studies the possibility of using nickel-nickel sulfide composite coating obtained by electrodeposition as the active cathode material for hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline solution. Experimental results show that nickel-based composite coating containing nickel sulfide can be formed directly at cathode in nickel sulfite solution containing sulfur compound by electrodeposition. The catalytic activity of a composite electrode containing 12.5wt% sulfur for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in alkaline solution is increased more than 10 times compared with that of nickel coating electrode. The increase in catalytic activity of the composite electrode for the HER should be attributed to the presence of nickel sulfide and the structure of crystallite with a large number of defections and dislocations in the composite electrode and this leads to the change in the HER mechanism and the decrease in activation energy of the HER.
