摘要
旅游法是国家组织、领导、管理和监督旅游经济的重要工具。旅游法的调整对象主要为旅游管理机关与旅游企业之间的经济管理关系、各旅游企业之间的经济协作关系、旅游企业内部的经营管理关系、我国的与外国的旅游企业之间的经济关系、以及旅游企业与旅游者之间的经济关系这5个方面。
The tourist law is an important measure of organizing, leading,administering and supervisingtourist economy by the government. The regulation target mainly presents the relationship be-tween tourist administrations and tourist enterprises,the relationship of economic cooperation be-tween tourist enterprises, the economic relationship between China and foreign countries, themanagement and administration relationship among the tourist enterprises and the economic rela-tionship between the tourist enterprises and tourists.
