摘要
把气液两相流体力学的原理应用于抽油机井的油管中,所导出的抽油机井油管中压力分布和密度分布的理论计算方法是否准确,尚需检验。因此,本文对其进行了定量研究.利用现场实测的地面示功图,分析了抽油机工作时悬点的最大载荷和最小载荷,求得实测的泵排出口以上的油、气、水混合物的质量,将其结果与理论上分段计算的泵排出口以上的油、气、水混合物的质量的累加值进行对比,得出其百分误差,从而为验证压力分布和密度分布理论计算公式的准确性提供了可靠的依据。
The principles of gas-liquid two phase fluid mechanics are applied to
the calculation of pressure and density of fluids in the tubing of a sucker
rod pump well and a method is developed. However, the accuracy of
method must be investigated. This paper details a quantitative study
of the method. By means of surface dynamometer cards, this paper
analyzes the maximum PRL and the minimum PRL when a sucker rod
pump well is operating, calculates the mixture mass of oil-gas-water on
the traveling valve, compares the result with the mixture mass calculated
by sections on the base of the principles of gas-liquid two phase fluid
mechanics and gives the percentage error. This paper provides a reliable
basis for inspecting the accuracy of the theoretical formulae for calculating
the pressure and density distributions of fluids in the tubing of a sucker
rod pump well.
