低压蒸气锅炉及其管网系统防腐阻垢的研究

摘要 针对目前低压蒸气锅炉及其管网系统普遍存在的结垢和腐蚀问题,用投加化学药剂的方法进行防腐与阻垢的研究,经过反复试验,配制成了分别投加于炉内和管网中的系列药剂,取得了明显的阻垢防腐效果。从而说明采用全化学药剂的炉内水处理技术对于低压蒸气锅炉是有效的、经济的、可行的。 The rust-and filth-problems gererally presented and directed against the low-pressure steam boiler (LPSB) and pipe net system (PNS) was studied. The experimental study of rust-and filthy-protection was conducted by use of batching chemical medicament method. Based on the results of the repeated experiments, a series of applicable prescriptions of medicaments for LPSC and PNS were made up, and meanwhile obvious effectiveness of rust and filthy-protection was obtained. Therefore, it illus- trated that application of the water treatment technique of full-chemical medicaments in LPSB and PNS was effcctive, economical and feasible.
