本文介绍了我国高等院校中新建的走廊型、单元型、住宅型集体宿舍的一些实例,分析了集体宿舍的功能要求、建设标准、多样化与灵活性等影响设计的因素,对上述三种类型进行了比较分析,提出了改进集体宿舍设计的若干具体建议。
