摘要
本文叙述了确定轻质油品安全静止电导率的新方法,给出液体燃料注入各类容器时静电起电方程,为石油贮存运输中静电灾害的定量研究提供了基础.通过分析与计算得到轻质油品安全静止电导率新标准值为100pS/m,大量的实验证据表明,这是一个合理而又切实可行的标准.(1pS/m=1×10^(-12)Ω^(-1)·m^(-1))
This paper describes a new method that has been used to determine the safe rest conductivity of light fuel oil.Equation of static electrification is presented for liquid fuel in tank-filling operation.It is an effort made to provide a basis for the quantitative study of electrostatic hazards in the petroleum storage and transport.Through calculation and analysis of the experiments we obtain the following new safe rest conductivity criterion.σ_s=100pS/m.Considerable evidences show that this is a reasonable and practical criterion.
