Dysbaric Osteonecrosis Resulting From One Hyperbaric Exposure: Report of 2 Cases

本文报道了两例仅经1次高气压暴露后患减压性骨坏死的病历,国内尚未见到类似报道。文中叙述了我们对诊断,治疗和预防的体会,可能对今后此类疾病的诊断、治疗与预防有一定的指导作用。本文还首次报道了1例经核磁共振检查诊断为减压性骨坏死的病历,提示核磁共振可早于X线摄片和CT扫描发现骨质病变。

We report 2 cases of dysbaric osteonecrosis (DBON) resulting from only one hyperbaric exposure. There have been no similar cases reported at home up to now. Our experiences are described in thes paper. It seems that they may play a certain role in directing the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of DBON. We also report a case which was diagnosed as DBON by nuclear magnetic resonance. It is suggested that bone lesions may be found by nuclear magnetic resonance earlier than radiography and computer tomography scanning.
