摘要
本文报导了由抗坏血酸(维生素C)和血红素加氧酶系引起血红素降解的比较研究结果.由抗坏血酸引起的血红素降解是非特异性的,产物是胆绿素异构体的混合物;而血红素加氧酶系引起血红素的降解是立体特异性的,产物是专一性的胆绿素Ⅸ_α.
