摘要
本文利用上限法研究了圆坯料开式冲孔变形过程的计算机模拟。由于属非稳定变形过程,所以首先根据工艺实验结果确定工件内的变形流动模式,然后建立变形过程的数学模型。计算机模拟在微机IBMPC/XT上进行。对于任何圆坯料开式冲孔过程,只要输入原始数据和参数,计算机就能迅速而精确地画出开式冲孔任意瞬间的工件外形和力-行程曲线。
In this paper the computer modelling of open punching processes of circular block was investigated by using upper-bound approach. First, the deformation flow pattern in the workpiece is determined on the basis of technological experiments, because its plastic flow is nonsteady, then the mathematical model of forming processes is built. The computer modelling is accomplished in the use of microcomputer IBM PC/XT. For any open punching processes of circular block, as long as the initial data and parameters are inputted, the computer can plot the deformed configuration and loadstroke curves (?)uickly and exactly.
