摘要
本文采用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定唾液睾酮含量以反映体内发挥生物效应的游离睾酮水平;并根据用频谱分析、自相关函数计算的五百余幅图谱检测了54名男性青少年自然音域最高音,最低音及语音的基频和第一共振峰频率。结果显示男性青少年睾酮水平的增高可能是引起并决定变声进程的主要因素之一。对第一共振峰的分析提示男性青少年青春期前后声道有所改变;唱与说似有不同的共振特点。此外,综其检测结果对男性青少年变声的频谱特点及时限进行了评估。
The purpose of the present study was to make a cross-sectional observation of the male's voice change process.The salivary testosterone was tested with the RIA method,which reflects the serum free testosterone level that has biologic effects.On the other hand,with more than 500 logarithm spec- trum,amplitude spectrum and autocorrelation analysis graphs,the fundamental frequencies (F_0) and the first formant frequencies (F-1) of the highest tone.the lowest tone and the speech of 54 boys from 9 to 20 years old were detected. Results showed that the increase of the testosterone during puberty may be the main cause of the male's voice mutation.The variations of F_1 suggested that there may be some changes in vocal track shap during puberty.There are different properties of F_1 between sing and speech.Besides,through synthesizing the results,evaluate was presented on the characteristics of the voice spectrums and the voice mutation process of the male teen-agers.
