摘要
本试验用不同龄细毛羯羊测定了放牧饲养条件下草地生态系统中氮营养的效率,试验资料证明:在土—草—畜的生产过程中,天然草地的土壤氮具有潜在的自然肥力,牧草生产只消耗土壤水解氮的3~4%;在绵羊生产中,羔羊具有潜在生产能力,在牧草生长季中,羔羊的日增重是59.59克,净肉增长率是25.38%,体脂肪增长5.49倍,育成羊分别增长50.68克,17.86%和6.88倍,羔羊生产可用畜产品蛋白的效率是7.07%,育成羊是4.57%,羔羊的生产效率比育成羊高50%左右,所以,利用生长季进行肉羔业生产是经济而有效的。
The nitrogen efficiency in the grassland ecosystem under the grazing conditions was studied by grazing different aged fine wool wedders at Tianzhu alpine grassland, Gansu province. The results showed that the plants only absorbed 3~4% of the hydrolyzable nitrogen in the soil. During the plants growing season, the meaning daily live weight gain is 59.6g for lambs and 50.7g for hoggets. The meat and fat increased by 25.38% and 5.49 times in the lambs, and by 17.9% and 6.88 times in the hoggets respectively. The protein production efficiency was 7.07% for the lambs and 4.75% for the hoggets. Therefore, lamb production was mote economical and efficient than hogget production under the experimental conditions.
