THAMAs晶体的介电压电弹性和热释电性

DIELECTRIC,PIEZOELECTRIC,ELASTIC AND PYROELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF THAMAs CRYSTAL

首次测定了属于点群2的极性晶体三羟甲基氨基甲烷砷酸盐(THAMAs)的全部介电、压电及弹性常数,并研究了其低温热释电性。热释电系数在低温时呈现两个峰,其机理有待进一步研究。

For the first time,the dielectric,piezoelectric and elastic constantswere determined for trihydroxylaminomen thane arsenate(THAMAs),whichis a polar crystal of point group 2.An investigation on the low temperaturepyroelectric properties was also carried out.The pyroelectric coefficient p_2exhibits two peaks.Their underlying mechanism is to be explored.
