摘要
PGF_(2α)能增强非发情绵羊子宫电的活动。并随用药剂量的增加,使子宫电活动逐渐加强。PGF_(2α)直接与子宫,型受体结合,诱发电活动。Ⅲ脑室注入PGF_(2α),通过神经系统促进子宫的电活动。
PGF_(2α) is able to enhance electro-uterine activity of non-estrual sheep. The electro-uterine activity strengthens gradually, when the dosage is increased, PGF_(2α) combine with F-receptor on the uterine myolemma directly to induce electrical activity. The electro-uterine activities enhence by nervous system, if PGF_(2α) is injectd into the third ventricle of cerebrum.
