银鲫的细胞分类学研究

Cytotaxonomic Study on Silver Crucian Carp

笔者报道了阿勒泰银鲫、东北银鲫及异育银鲫的染色体组型和Ag-NORs的数目。比较研究表明:银鲫和普通鲫鱼应为两个不同的物种,而且分布于我国不同水域的银鲫:阿勒泰银鲫、东北银鲫、滇池银鲫、淇河银鲫、普安银鲫及翁源银鲫之间亦有不同程度的分化。

This paper reports the karyotypes and Ag-NOR_S of Amur and Altay silver crucian carp. The diploid number of amur silver crucian carp is 162 , karyotype formula: 44M+56SM+30ST+32T, NF = 292. The number of Ag-NOR_S is 4, with one pair larger than the other. As to the Altay silver crucian carp, the diploid numbcr is 162 as well, but the karyotype formula is 46M+60SM+28ST+28T, NF = 296, the numbcr of Ag-NOR_S is also 4, with one pair larger than the other. In the view of the difference of chromosome number, silver cucian carp should be a different species from carassius auratus and , respect of the differences of the karyotype and Ag—NOR_S, the silver crucian carp from different geographic districts should be different subspecies.
