The Downy Mlldew of Common China-Aster in China

本文报道了采自玛纳斯清水河翠菊上的一种新病害——翠菊霜霉病。经过对标本的症状和病原菌的观察研究,确定本菌为紫菀单轴霜霉菌翠菊专化型(Plasmopara asterea Novot,f.callisttephi Novot)。文中还讨论了本菌与近似种之间的差异。

A new disease of downy mildew of Common China-aster collected from Qingshui He (Manas) of Northern Xin jiang are reported. Results of experiments on this disease made clear of symptom and pathogenesis. The pathogenous fungi was identificd to be Plasmopara asterea Novot. f. callistephi Novot. It is first reported in China.
