增肉素对羔羊的增重试验与残毒检验及羊肉蛋白质含量测定

摘要 增肉素(RALGRO)可以促进羔羊及犊牛的生长发育,而且只增长瘦肉但不长脂肪。取六月龄羔羊40只分为两组,每组各20只,随机取样,试验组羔羊在左耳脂肪囊包埋增肉素12mg/只。在相同的饲养管理条件下饲养40d后屠宰。试验组胴体重比对照组平均多增重242.3%,通过方差分析差异十分显著(P<0.01)。屠宰后每只羊均左耳脂肪囊与臀部取肉样通过紫外分光光度计检测残毒,结果表明增肉素已全部吸收,肌肉中增肉素的残留量低于24ng/gm。低于美国FAD的安全量。用自动定氮仪对试验组与对照组的羊肉做蛋白质含量与含水量的测定,然后做方差分析,试验检测结果表明两组羊肉蛋白质与含水量基本相似,无显著差异。(P值分别为P>0.01,及P>0.05)。 The growth of lambs, as well as its mutton, can be improved by Ralgro. 40 healthy lambs, 6-month old, were randomly divided in two groups with 20 in each, i.e. test and control groups. Ralgro (12mg/each lamb) were implanted into fatty tissues of left ear of lambs in test group. All the lambs in both groups were raised in the same condition and killed after 40 days. The mean carcass weight in the test group was increased by 242.3% comparing with that in control. There was singnificance (P < 0.01) in variance analysis. The site of implantation and muscle in the buttocks were collected and the residues of Ralgro were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that Ralgro was almost absorbed and its residues content in muscles were less than 24ng/ gm after 40 days. The protein and water contents in mutton of both groups were measured the variance analysis was made. The results of both between the two groups were fundamentally similar.
