摘要
为弄清铝合金铸件的气孔缺陷问题,采用减压试验法对铸造铝合金中的气体,气孔形成原因和气孔对铸件性能的影响进行了研究,并找到了予防气孔的有效办法。
In order to clarify the problem of gas hole defect in aluminium alloy castinga experimental method of decreasing pressure is adopted to study the reason of gas and gas hole formation and affectation of gas hole to the casting character in this paper. Moreover, effective methods of prevention gas hole in casting are found out.
