本文概述微波固态电路微型化技术的国际现状和发展趋势,评述单片微波集成电路技术,介绍有关微型化组件“计算机辅助工程”的概念,并赡望国内微型化前景。

The state-of-the art of miniaturization of the microwave solid state circuits and the trends of this technique are summarized in this paper. The technique of the monolithic microwave integrated circuits is reviewed. The concept of the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) for the miniaturized modules is introduced. Finally, the prospect of the miniaturization technology in China is discussed.
