蓖麻油脱水反应研究

摘要 本文以浓硫酸作为蓖麻油(CO)脱水剂,考察了各种因素对产品质量的影响,确定出最佳反应条件。催化剂用量大大减少,脱水蓖麻油(DCO)质量优于文献报导。碘值大于150,共轭二烯物含量达30%,粘度、色泽均较优。这为DCO工业化生产提供了可靠的工艺参数。 Sulphuric acid has been studied as catalyst for the dehydration of castor oil. Various effective fac- tors on product quality has been investigated. Optimum reactive condition has been found. In this reac- tive condition, catalyst's quanlity is decreaced remarkblely, various quality specifications of DCO great- ly have the advantage over than of literatures report. Iodine value is more than 150;the content of conjugated diene compound reaches 30 percent jn mixture product;Viscosity and colour and so on is better. The work gives reliable parameters for commercial production of DCO.
