一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定注射用苯妥英钠的含量

本文采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法直接测定注射用苯妥英钠的含量。本品在10～50μg/ml 范围内浓度 C 与ΔA 有良好线性关系(r=0.9996), 平均回收率和变异系数分别为99.8%和0.98%。该法简便、快速、准确。

The Content of phenytoin sodium(for injection)was determined directly by the first order derivative spectrophotometry.Within the range of concentration,10～50μg/ml,the linear ratio of C vs.A was well-propor- tionated(R=0.9906).The average recovery and the coeffsimple,accurate icient of variation veere 99.8% and 0.98% respectively.This method is and needs lesser time.
