摘要
KHm-FCLS-CMC 钻井液(HFC)是一种在川东地区体罗系地层使用的防塌泥浆,这种泥浆悬浮、携带钻屑的能力强,但密度易升高,粘切大,性能不稳定,因而需频繁进行化学稀释处理。将聚丙烯酸钙 CPA 引入 KFC 钻井液中,泥浆性能和钻井效果得到明显改善。笔者从川东侏罗系的地质特点出发,介绍了 KFC 钻井液的组分特点和引入 CPA 的依据、目的,提出了现场应用工艺。
The potassium humate/ferrochromolignosulfonate/carboxymethyl cellulose(KHm/ FCLS/CMC,shortly KFC)system is a widely used anti-caving drilling mud in East Sichuan area.However,it must be frequently treated by adding thinners to prevent from densifieation and thickening.Calcium salt of polyacrylic acid (CPA) is a multi- functional mud additive and has both inhibitory and thinning effects.A CPA-KFC drilling system thus combine good filtration loss control and filter cake building up on the wall of the hole provided by KFC mud with excellent shear thinning by poly- mer mud.This paper describes the conversion of a KFC mud into a KFC-CPA mud and the results in performance improvements in a case of well drilling and the tech- nological aspects of introducing CPA in detail.
