摘要
以水作溶剂、过氧化物为引发剂,用顺丁烯二酸酐和乙烯基类、丙烯酸类单体合成了聚合物钻井液降粘剂 PT-1。采用红外光谱、差热和热失重分析方法测定了聚合物的结构和性能。室内试验结果表明,PT-1具有降粘效果好、热稳定性好和抗盐钙污染能力强等优点,性能优于 SMT 和 XY-27。
Polymeric viscosity-reducer PT-1 is a copolymer of maleic anhydride with vinyl monomer and acrylamide and synthesized through an initiation polymerization reaction. Its synthesis is briefly described,its chemical structure is investigated by IR and thermal properties by DTA and TG analyses.The performance evaluation tests are conducted in three laboratory muds (a fresh water bentonite,a weighted fresh water bentonite,and a polymer muds)and multisulfopolymer drilling muds from two wells.In all cases tested PT-1 is better than or similar to a complex ionic mud additive,XY-27,and sulfonated tannin,SMT.Its thermal stability,salt and calcium- tolerence are satisfactory,too.
