水基钻井泥浆消泡剂现状

DEFOAMING AGENTS FOR WATER-BASE DRILLING FLUIDS:RECENT SITUATION

本文综述了国外水基钻井泥浆消泡剂的研究和应用现状,简介了消泡机理、消泡剂组成、对消泡剂的要求和评价方法,详细介绍了9大类消泡剂及其复配体系。关于国内情况,介绍了四川气田应用消泡剂的现状,着重介绍了新开发并推广应用的消泡剂 CT5-3。基于国内外水平对比,对我国水基钻井泥浆消泡剂的今后发展提出了一些建议。

This article reviews the development and application of defoaming agents for water-base drilling fluids abroad and in China(in Sichuan Gas Fields).A brief introduction into composition,action mechanisms,requiments to be met and methods of evaluation is given and nine major groups of defoamers as single agent and as functioning component in formulations are discussed in detail.The good laboratory and field results of CT5-3,a defoamer developed specially for use in Sichuan Gas Fields,are presented,in particular.This agent is a complex one with fatty acid esters as main component.Some comments on further developing defoamers in China are suggested on the basis of an analysis of great achievements abroad in this field.
