摘要
本测定应用邻苯三酚自氧化法,对来我院产科检查和分娩的不同孕周的孕妇173例进行红细胞SOD活性单位测定。结果表明正常健康孕妇红细胞SOD活性单位随着孕周增长而增加。
Activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD)was determined by pyrogallol autoxdation method in 173 gravidas from 21 to 42 weeks of gestational age at obstetric clinic of Zunyi Medical Collegr. It was observed that. (1)-21 weeks 2619. 13±726. 45(2)22-27weeks 2650.69±975. 91 (3)28-32 weeks 3000. 49±960. 54(4)33-37 weeks 3078.68±1194. 46(5)38-42 weeks 3199. 89±986. 42. The results suggest that activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase in normal pregnant women increase gradually with pregnancy advance.
