摘要 油田开发进入高含水期和采用三次采油技术后,水包油(O/W型)乳状液普遍出现,需要使用反相破乳剂进行破乳。本文介绍了CW-01反相破乳剂(有效成份为含季铵盐侧基的聚醚)的合成、性能评价、现场工业试验以及应用注意事项。 Reverse demulsifiers are needed to break down reverse, O/W, crude oil emulsions. This paper presents the synthesis, performance evaluation, field tests and usages of reverse demulsifier CW-01 which is a water-miscible cationic polyether with quaternary ammonium functionalities in side groups. In laboratory comparative tests on deoiling of oily produced water by a number of reverse demulsifiers including excellent commercial products of foreign companies, CW-01 is shown to be the most effective one,giving the highest percentage of deoiling at the lowest use levels of 18-20 mg/kg of water being treated. The results of field tests performed at several oil production plants in Shengli Oil Fields are successful.(l)Introducing CW-01 together with a common demulsifier into oil/water separation systems leads to a dramatical decrease of oil content in the water separated and this value is lowered to an acceptible level after water having been purified(15-30mg/l). (2)Introducing CW-01 into the separated oily water decreases oil content of the purified water to less than 20 mg/l.In both cases water content in crude oil ready for pipeline transportation is maintained at a satisfactory level.Reverse demulsifier CW-01 serves for deoiling of water and is used in amount slightly less than optimum.
