动态水热合成硬硅钙石的反应历程研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用X射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜观察,研究了动态水热合成硬硅钙石的反应历程。结果表明,在用晶质SiO_2作硅质原材料,有效CaO/SiO_2molar比为1的动态水热处理过程中,硬硅钙石是由中间产物C_2SH(A)转化生成的,没有经过托贝莫来石中间产物。这样合成的硬硅钙石纤维晶体(尺度在5~10μm之间)相互缠绕、编织而形成多孔的球藻状微粒。当有效CaO/SiO_2molar比偏低时,动态水热处理过程中会生成托贝莫来石,但一般难以转化成硬硅钙石而作为一种最终产物存在于硬硅钙石料浆中。 This paper deals with the dynamical hydrothermal synthetic reaction course of xonotlite. X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy are used in this study. The results indicate that xonotlite is transferred from C_2SH(A), not from tobermorite, in the dynamical hydrothermal treatment course when crystalline SiO_2is utilized as the siliceous raw material and the effective CaO/SiO_2molar ratio is 1. The fibrous crystals of xonotilte formed like this are about 5-10 um long. They weave each other, which results in the formation of a porous spherular alga structure, when the effective CaO/SiO_2molar ratio is some lower than l, tobermorite would appear. It is usually difficult for the crystals of tobermorite to trans- form into those of xonotlite. They will exist in the xonotlite active paste as a hydrate of final state.
