摘要
本文选用硅酸盐水泥、标准砂、粉煤灰、膨胀剂、保水缓凝剂和流化剂等6种组份材料,以适当的配比相混合而设计配制用于地面自动找平的自流平水泥砂浆(简称SL材),该材料整体性能与日,德材料相当。研究了SL浆体的流变特征,借助于流变力学的方法建立了浆体坍落度、扩展度与流变特征参数的关系式。对浆体消化硬化的研究,揭示了掺有膨胀剂的水泥浆体本身及其水化的特征。对硬化浆体孔结构的研究,发现在水泥基材料中复合使用膨胀剂和粉煤灰对于浆体亚微观结构的改性比单一掺加膨胀剂或粉煤灰具有更好的效果。
Suitable proportions of six components, namely, Portland cement, standard sand, fly-ash, expansive agent, superplasticiyer, water-retaining retarder, was investigated in this research to develop self-levelling material for flooring (SL) It's properties as a whole are ap- propriate to that of industrial countryes'. The rheological behavior of the material was studied, The correlations of the slump, spreading diameter of the slurry and the rheological charaeteristic parameters of the slurry were established by applying the concept of rheological mechanics. Study on hydration and hardening, revealed the special features of the cement mixture slurry itself with addition of the expansive agent and it's hydration. By invesgating the pore structure of the hardened pastes, it was discovered that adding both the expansive agent and the fly-ash to the cement mixture is more conductive to the improvement of the pore structure of the naraened cement paste than adding either of the two.
