摘要
本文采用沥滤法对Na_2O-B_2O_3-SiO_2与R_2O-SiO_2两种玻璃体系,制造的高纯超细二氧化硅纤维的析晶特性与成分关系进行探讨。对二氧化硅的含量应控制在SiO_2≥99.6%。在Na_2O-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统中。Al_2O_3≤0.1%时纤维具有较好的抗析晶性能。在R_2O-SiO_2系统中。K^++Na^+含量≤0.01%时,纤维具有优良的抗析晶性能。
In this paper, the high-purity and super fine silica fibres were developed by means of leaching, The rela- tion of devitrification specific property and glass Composition of the high-purity and superfine silica fibres in Na_2O-B_2O_3-SiO_2and R_2O-SiO_2systems were discussed. The silica content should be greater than 99.6%. In Na_2O-B_2O_3-SiO_2system, silica fibres get better divitrification resistant property when alumina content is less than 0.1%. In R_2O-SiO_2system, silica fibres having excellent resistance to divitrification property when Na_2O+K_2O≤0.01%.
