摘要
灌浆水泥是一种改性的水泥灌浆材料。灌浆工艺试验表明,采用该水泥,水灰比不能过大;应用高速搅拌制浆,低速搅拌灌浆;同一浆液持续搅拌时间不宜超过2小时;压力灌浆能使结石剩余水灰比降低,并提高灌浆效果。
Grout cement is a kind of modified cement grouting materials. The grouting technique tests have proved that when we use grout cement, water cement ratio of cement paste should not be too large. Grout cement paste should be mixed at high rotation speed in preparation and shoule keep low speed mixing in the process of grouting. Contineous mixing time can not exceed 2 hours for identical cement paste; pressure grouting technique decreases the residual water cement ratio of cement stone, and improves grouting effects.
