摘要
本文报告以七种特殊形式发病的慢粒病人计12例,占同期住院病例的12.5％(12/96例),并复习文献简要讨论。由于这些病例首发症状不典型,极易误诊,值得临床注意并加深认识。
12 cases of CML with atypical onset including seven forms were describde and discussed, they accounted for 12. 5% of 96 cases. Because their symptoms were quite special and atypical,it is defficulty for makinga correct diagnosis.
