摘要
本文从脱模机理、脱模剂种类、选择方法、检验方法,以及对国内调查近30种脱模剂的概况进行介绍,并对脱模效果、价格、运距及适用性等方面进行分析。认为脱模剂生产工艺简单,材料来源方便,经济效益明显,但在选择品种时应审慎考虑。
The paper described the mechanism, varieties,selection principle and examining methods of form work separating compounds,and the investigation results performed for near 30 kinds of compounds produced in China. Through the analysis in various aspects auch as separating efficiencies, prices, transport distance and suitabilities ,the paper recommended that the users should pay much attention to the kinds of products.
